The house is located on the shores of Lough Mask on a beautiful partially wooded site. While being only 10 minutes from the centre of Ballinrobe, you feel that you are in another world where nature is undisturbed.

There is direct access to the lake through the garden to enjoy swimming, fishing etc.

The living spaces in the house are all quite spacious with a large fully fitted kitchen and dining room. There is a lovely sunroom looking out onto the newly laid patio and to the woodland which borders the lake.

There is a separate sitting room with open fireplace where you can cosy up in the evening time.

Access to the house is via a number of beautiful, quiet country roads and the last stretch is over a gravel road to the house.
